Bunnell House - Homer, Minnesota
The Bunnell House is Part of the Great River Road Audio Tour

Bunnell House Minnesota Tourism Information

The Bunnell House is located near Winona in what is now Homer, MN, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The original Bunnell House was built on Dakota Indian land in 1849 by fur-trader Willard Bunnell with the blessing of Chief Wapasha. Ten years later Bunnell built another, much larger home, at the location of the present day Bunnell House. The home is a shining example of Rural (or Steamboat) Gothic Architecture and filled with antique furnishings appropriate to the late 19th century time period. Bunnell House tours run between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
