Superior National Forest Minnesota Tourism Information
The Superior National Forest Scenic Byway starts in Silver Bay, MN and ends at Aurora, MN. The byway connects you with communities that were part Minnesota’s iron mining industry, but also connects you with a wild and undeveloped region that is both beautiful and rustic. There are several roadside stops along the way to have a picnic or take a hike, as well as historic sites like the 88-year old Toimi School and the Timber Arch Bridge over the Partridge River.
